Description

This 2-ingredient homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter is made right in your food processor or blender! Perfect for spreading on toast, upgrading your PB&J, drizzling on fruit, or eating right off the spoon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) milk or dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Place the peanuts in the food processor or high-powered blender (I use my Vitamix) for about 10 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and drippy. Scrape down every 2-3 minutes or as necessary.
  2. Once the mixture is at the right consistency, add in the melted chocolate. Process until combined. Place in jars.

Notes

If you prefer to salt/roast your own peanuts, feel free to do so. Roast the peanuts yourself by roasting them in a 350 degree oven in a single layer on a sheet pan for 30-35 minutes. Salt them to taste and proceed with recipe.
